TRESCA GROUP was founded by Joseph NKUNDIBIGWIRA (#papatresca), a visionary who believes that one person can carry many lives forward. His experience of hardship, discipline, and commitment to youth empowerment shaped TRESCA into an institution that turns struggle into opportunity.
Growing up, Joseph observed how resilience can sustain entire families and communities. He also saw how lack of structure and opportunity can limit talent. TRESCA GROUP emerged as a structured response—building platforms where young Africans grow in character, skills, and responsibility.

The Founder serves as the principal custodian of the founding vision and values. The title of Founder is unique and non-transferable. In the event of resignation, incapacity, or death, the responsibility to safeguard the founding vision rests with the General Assembly.
